The government and MSM (main stream media) would have you believe that by getting a flu shot (regardless of the type of flu) that you will not contract the virus.  This is an incorrect assessment of the idea of the human body and it’s relation to illness.

The human body is a very functional and capable machine and it’s immune system is #1 in fighting infection and disease (no shots needed).  It is a mechanism that require certain nutrients to function properly though.  These things are vital to you immune system running in tip top shape:  1.  an alkaline body pH, disease does not work well in an alkaline environment.  2. Vitamin D in amounts of 5-15,000 iu’s.  This can be acheived by spending 30 minutes exposed to the midday sun, or in the winter months by using tanning beds, or taking D supplements.  3. Vitamin C which is in hot peppers, citrus and a variety of other sources, you can also take c supplements.  4.  Zinc which is in red meat and other sources, you can also take it as supplement.  5.  Actively charged silver colloid and I know you probably have not heard about this one, but it is vital to your immune system.  Best colloid I’ve found is Sovereign silver at 10ppm.  5.  Avoid poisons in food sources, such as Aspartame (or any artificial sweetner), MSG, High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS), Palm oil, all of these place stress on your body and affects your immune system performance.  6.  Avoid Fluoride as much as possible; use a fluoride free tooth paste and mouthwash etc.  Drink reverse osmosis or distilled filtered water (these are the only ways to remove fluoride from water)  7.  Get adequate excersise, it stimulates your body functions in all areas.  8.  Get plenty of sleep, this allows your body enough inactive time to perform repair and maintenance functions at the cellular level.  9.  Release stress buildup on a daily level through a hobby or other routine practice, stress is just that, an excessive pressure on your body system that will over time wear it down and leave it open to disease.

I could go on and on, but you can see just how ridiculous things have become in this nation of ours.  I’ve been writing my representatives expressing my opposition to certain bills, such as the health care reform bill (which also includes strict gun control laws).  I also tell them to support certain bills such as Ron Paul’s H.R. 1207, Audit the Fed bill.  Let me tell you, that I certainly know who I am going to support and vote for and who I am not in the next election.

I post on Facebook informing people about all the current events in this country, warning of danger, and promoting the efforts of patriots fighting against the tyranny that is attempting to completely taking over this country and the world.  I am also posting a lot of videos and news clips on youtube and blip.tv, which gets a lot of views (though youtube is the clear winner).  I also post on twitter and have more and more people following me every week.  I’ll wear shirts with messages like “resist the NWO new world order” and people ask me what it means, so I’ll tell them that way.  I go to places where some might be a little more awake to what’s going on and talk to folks about important issues.  I get good feedback or curiosity more now than I get people calling me a kook or fear monger.

I am doing everything that I can right now to fight this war.  I’m still pretty new to the battle, but I’m learning, getting more skilled and more bold.  I’m no Ron Paul or Alex Jones yet, but I’m no sloth either.  I will trust in the Lord and not look back.  lets roll.

According to a news story in Fox News: “At just under 70% of U.S. gross domestic product, consumer spending is the main engine that keeps our economy chugging along. ”

I suck at math, but I think I can figure this one out.  70% GDP based on American spending - 9.4% and increasing Unemployment + 1 trillion new dollars in market and no corresponding increase in goods and services = HYPERINFLATION a.k.a Weimar Republic.

How to prepare:

Buy gold and silver it is real money.  It will hold and increase it’s value in a hyper-inflating economy.

Get firearms and learn to protect yourself and your home, because the worse the economy gets the crazier people get.  The police are not there to protect you, that is our own individual responsibility.

Make sure you stock up on storable food, because when the bottom drops out (and it will) it will do so rapidly and food prices will skyrocket causing a panic sending everyone to clean out the store shelves.  It is better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

Grow your own food and learn how to preserve it (this is what I am wanting to learn, because I’ve never canned or preserved food in any fashion other than tupperware for leftovers.)

Let’s get back to a more constitutional government.

Pay down your debt, because when the dollar fails (and it will) you don’t know what the transfer rate is going to be for the new currency, but most likely you will still be held for the bill, regardless.  The big bankers that are doing this will want to bleed everyone they can for as long and as much as they can.  Never doubt that, it would be foolish to, these people are dangerous criminals robbing nations on a level surreal.
