Are you taking your vitamin D?
Tuesday, March 9th, 2010I know I go on and on about Ionic Silver but staying healthy involves more than just drinking IS. IS lowers the bioburden of infection and disease, but ultimately it is the body that does the healing. Maintenance of your immune system will help tremendously and that requires daily intake of vitamin D. With reports and news stories that report the majority of Americans are vitamin D deficient, is it any wonder that so many are getting sick over and over again? I am now the only one in my office that has not had to call in because I was sick. I take care of my immune system and it takes care of me. I have not had any need for any vaccines, aspirin, nightquil, dayquil, antibiotics, etc. I haven’t had to go to the doctor once and I’m not bragging about this, I’m just saying that I have been healthy even when stuck in a building 9 hours a day surrounded by coughing, sneezing, sick people.
